Telkom Mobi **** - Yet another One!!

I woke us this morning to a debit of R1651.38 from Telkom Mobi. I have never opened a mobile account, used Tekom for anything or interacted with them for that matter! Having searched online, it would appear that this is a well documented ***** operation whereby accounts are opened without peoples knowledge and they are debited *****ulantly. It is completely unacceptable that this hasn't been addressed by Telkom and stopped as they clearly have a major internal issue. I have spent hours on the phone to my bank in order to lay a complaint and lodge a ***** case.
