Telkom MO nice

This mo nice service is the worst thing ever. You can never get to use the internet. Logging in to you tube, twitter and so forth is a total night mare . You always get these stupid messages telling you "internet access paused or data is depleted " that time i have 10gb i have just loaded. I was not able to log in yesterday since from 7 pm until 10pm . I paid for this it's not for free, so i don't understand why I'm being denied access to a service i took my money and bought. Fix this because it's total nonsense and annoying. I do a lot with internet, it's not just for fun, therefore i need to be able to get access i paid for anytime i want to.
