Telkom Mix unreachable!

I have a telkom mix contract, my cellphone line was blocked yesterday 9/9/2015 around 11.17a.m. i tried calling 180 and they said they could not pick up my cell No. as it was not part of Telkom mobile. was told to call 10217 and 10210 and was told that they could not pick up my No. and i should call Telkom mobile for troubleshooting. So who do i call to get this sorted as iam unable to receive and make calls, not even smes. I was on hold and being transfered from one call centre to another the whole day but still the problem is not sorted as it looks likes there is no-one that know about Telkom Mix at Telokm...
