Telkom mix package

Been trying to sort out a simple telkom mix package for my recently widowed father. Been to walk in centre numerous times, last time spent 4 hours there. Still not sorted!!! Trying to get telkom mobile phone number ported or sim swapped onto telkom mix contract. Can't believe something simple like that is proving to be so complicated!! Have escaleted complaint on website and no response. Staff at telkom mobile tried to help by emailing telkom mix dept - also no response. System is too complicated. Also now my Dad's ADSL is now saying insufficient data - should be on a contract. We asked for a 10GB package with debit order - what is happening there???
