TELKOM MISSLEADING

after 11 years i decided to get a contract cell phone from telkom ive been with telkom since 2008 on prepaid,so ive apply for a new contract and this friendly lady called me and inform me that i indeed cn get a contrack and they can offer me a top up package spending about R800 on my prepaid service every month for the same R300 package they offer me and it includes a new phone as well im gonna safe big time they lady took all my details and delivery adress and said the phone will be deliverd with in 14 days,now 2 days later ive received and sms said it was been cancelled because my credit rating was low. so ive went online and done my ITC report with an average rate but my report still say that my score is acceptable WHY IS TELKOM SO MISSLEADING IN THEIR PROCESS OF HANDING OUT CONTRACT EVEN IF THEY CAN SEE WHAT MY AVE SPEND ON MY PREPAID NO IS TRIPPLE THE AMPUNT IM GONNA SPEND ON THIS TOP UP PACKAGE THEY OFFERD ME

My opinion is they try to make money out of me instead of putting me in a more affrodible position and to save a bit on my cell phone costs
