TELKOM MISSING COMMUNICATIONS SERVICE

i have app**** for a fixed adsl line in july 2018. I was requested via email on 19 july 2018 to pay a deposit fee of R700.00 which I did and sent the proof of payment. to date 14 October 2018, I still have had no installation, no nothing. after numerous calls I get shunted from pillar to post and still have no resolve by either getting the installation done or getting my monies refunded. to say that the service is pathetic is an understatement.
