Telkom miss selling

Took a contract yesterday debits arranged for the 31st of each month and today they attempted to debit me without notification. Called the contract who are unhelpful and they want to charge me a failed debit fee and has resulted in bank fees as well due to the debit rejecting the store says they call it a test debit and was going to refund it after 3 consecutive payments. No I know why people complain about them worst company ever stay away
