Telkom Misleading their consumers

This business or shall I say telecoms company has really lost its touch integrating itself into the mobile sector and getting rid of adsl lines. It didn't stop there they went on to retrench staff is now in the pipeline. Sort the company and what it stands for. You create a catalogue of all the devices you are offering but who is checking that 90 percent of those devices are not in stock to service your customers. You cannot get the basics right but shifting into the mobile industry I can only imagine the problems the lie ahead. I have been to the telkom store in ballito junction between 2 to 4 times requesting a device be added to my contract. I have an uncapped LTE contract and a top up cell in one account. I wanted to add an apple iPad 64th generation tablet to the contract only to find out that the consultants are either too lazy to do their job or they pass the buck to the sales centre this happened to me on 3 occasions. On the the fourth occassion I go back to the store to find out what is really happening. I sploke to a thin black male I forgot his name but I can verify him in store who checked on the system and told me they do t have any stock on the iPad in the whole country. So I said to my self u need to test them. I asked for and apple iPhone 11 they said no stock, I asked for a Samsung S10 top of the range he said no stock. I asked for an x box no stock. So I asked him what do u have from this catalogue that is in stock and he told me P30 pro. That's the best device they have in stock. So in actual fact that catalogue is misleading to the end Consumer because telkom cannot provide the devices. Very ********* and misleading. They must remove their catalogues if they cannot provide the stock. It's crazy I never came across a service provider like this.
