Telkom misleading telesales agents

Received a call from an telesales agent who informed me my Wifi Package was due for an upgrade, I listened to him and he offered me a deal of R269.00 per month for a specific deal that they were running where they double the data and would even send me a new router, All of this was received however I was blatantly mislead as I received my invoice for R455.00 as this is the deal that they have loaded for me. I confirmed with the telesales agent 3 time telephonically that the amount and package was what he said it was and he confirmed this, now I contact Telkom and after waiting for hours on end, I get told that they will look into it and get back to me...Trust me when I say becareful what you agree to telephonically and always double check before you get suprises. Waiting for Telkom to give me feeback after they have completed there internal investigation.
