Telkom misleading sales agent and no aftersales service

I have a normal landline contract with Telkom. Pays the account every month and services was good until a Telkom agent called me a while back and told me that Telkom is replacing all landlines with WiFi phones and that it is mandatory to replace my normal phone with a new Wifi phone. I told the agent that we do not have ANY WiFi available in Augrabies in the Northern cape except for Vodacom services. This lady insisted that Telkom is now covering our area and that it is mandatory for me to take this new phone. Well, the phone arrived last week and guess what - NO COVERAGE. In the mean time Telkom has disconnected my landline. I phone the Telkom service line from my cellphone and twice ran out of cellphone time since the Telkom people just do not answer the phone. When I eventually managed to speak to someone, the lady confirmed that Telkom WIFi does not cover our area. I logged a call for them to re-instate my landline. Logged another call today and no one is returning my call. I am sitting without any service now for a week. Telkom sales department is quick to answer their phone but the moment their is a after sales issue, there is just NO SERVICE.
