Telkom misleading customers!!

Visited Telkom to take out a cellphone contract. I decided on the Samsung A51. According to the current telkom brochure dated 20 January to 31 Maech 2021, the contract comes with a standard package and an added free 30GB data and 2400 all-network minutes. It clearly states on the brochure that the free 2400minutes is allocated monthly at 100 minutes pm for 24 months. Upon reminding the consultant of this.. I am then told that apparently the promotion is no longer running and the contract prices are thus reduced! How is it reduced if it is still 329 as indicated in the current brochure, which the allocated package plus the free data and minutes. So basically we must still pay the 329 if we take this contract with no free data and minutes as advertised. Terrible business from telkom. Brochure is a lie and misleading! False advertising which short changes customers. Consultant offered that telkom changed the deals on the system but didn't send new brochures.. pathetic excuse. Telkom... keep up to your deals that you advertise!
