Telkom Misleading clients

Hi,

I upgraded my contract with Telkom and I have never been more angry in my life, Telkom together with their service provider Cell Direct are *******, they mislead me in more ways than one. My contract was supposed to capped and I pay R610 per month as it stands now they sent me a statement that I have to pay R2 300 what madness is that?

Even when I called Telkom, they told me I need to contact Cell Direct. What is that? As a client is log a query I expect to be assisted with my query not being transferred from pillar to post.

I should have listened when people close to me told me to not do business with Telkom, they really have no integrity.
