Excited to pay R299 for 5GB of data that includes SHOWMAX,DSTV, YOUTUBE plus DSTV NOW??? Sounds good hey :( Until u discover that the video u are watching can ONLY be at 360p or less. Now we all have High Def tvs with LCD/LED Screens and we all know how horrible 360p looks on our big screen tvs. Its grey, fuzzy and utterly revolting. Telkom this is 2018 this is not the 80's. You said you are bringing South African consumers on par with First World countries .... IS THIS HOW YOU LEVEL THE PLAYING FIELD. I took a chance on the New Kid On The Block and im sure millions of other network loyalists did the same thing. Telkom you misled us and you have the audacity to deny wrongdoing when one calls into your call centre. I am soooo disappointed, after professing loud and proud on your behalf and convincing all my friends family and subordinates to join your "revolution" I am left with egg on my face. Be the change you promised you'll be Telkom . Or risk losing every single subscriber you've worked so hard to attain.
