Telkom misery

Telkom is the worst service provider in the entire world. There is absolutely no synergy and follow through from marketing to sales to after sales. Customers like me are discarded after years of being good reliable paying customers. They have lost me as a customer permanently iro fibre and landline due to bad connection, poor response to complaints, poor service from call center agents and misrepresentation re packages. There is no complaints department and supervisors just hang up on you when they can't resolve your queries
