Telkom mis presentation of services and products, terrible after sales service

Telkom SA, the worse experience I ever had with a company!!! App**** via call centre for Home Unlimited 10Mbps ADSL on 2019/03/15: Package suppose include the following: (See comments), Service was created on 2019/03/23 and therefore charged from that date: X Up to 10Mbps ADSL (Had 6Mbps line until I complained about speed on the 2019/04/25 – Couldn’t use service because router was only delivered month after service started (Charged for something I couldn’t use) X Landline Rental included (No Issues) X Telkom Uncapped Internet (No Issues) X 1 Email account (with 3GB of storage and 5 aliases) (No Issues) X Free WiFi enabled modem and installation on 24-month contract (Had to wait a month for router deliver, but they have no problem charging for month I couldn’t use service. Called call centre various time, every single time with reply “7 to 14 work days” and NO installation was done, had to do it myself. X Special offer: LIT Box and Wifi Extender (March 2019) – Received on the 2019-03-25, but couldn’t use it because of NO ROUTER! X TI Mobile data (2GB) (Here is the BIG Problem) Because I couldn’t use the ADSL for 1st month, I wanted to use the “2GB TI ‘Mobile’ Data” that suppose to be used in event that something is wrong with ADSL line. Went to store on 2019/03/25 to get my “ADSL integrated SIM CARD” (Had to wait 1 hour in que) just to be told that I can only get SIM once router was delivered, but that “SHE” wouldn’t recommend using the SIM because they never work anyway… (Yet I’m being charged for it?) Finally Received my ADSL integrated SIM CARD on 2019/04/24, Was activated on same day. SIM Card is useless, NO MOBILE DATA loaded. Called Call Centre: Technical (Mobile & ADSL) Say Fault not with them, Sales Say fault not with them either. Went to SHOP, Fault not with them. Being charged for service I can’t use and nobody can fix: Get reference numbers every time, every time when u call back to follow up on reference number it doesn’t exist of have been closed without fixing it!!!! To Date NOT FIXED
