Telkom ministry NOT up to what it should be

Is there NO ZERO *option to rate Telkom. I can understand why Telkom agents are so pathetic. They inherited it from ministry office. Their contact details is incorrect on internet. They let you listen to ABSOLUTELY **** MYSIC before a boic comes up this mail box is full and CANNOT except any more messages. It is already 10th Jan 2020 and nobody in office to do the job they get paid for end Jan. Well deserved paycheque. Nobody to answer a call. Nobody to EMPTY their mailbox. USELESS I *********** situation. Worst night is WR THE ACCOUNT HOLDERS PAY FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE, ITS NOT A FREEBE!!
