TELKOM ****MING POOR PEOPLE

Telkom is a **** that takes from poor people. I am out of contract yet still being charged. I am suppose to be paying only R160 for data but they sent me an invoice of R1120 to be deducted on my account on the 5th of September 2024.after they deducted R691. End of July 2024. I have not had internet connection for a month now yet they are still charging me. I went to one of the stores to query. They said the R691 does not appear on their end. I showed them my bank statement as proof. They promised to escalate the matter but they never did. All of this is happening because I'm black. I have seen how telkom treat people of color way faster and effectively. Now they are taking on my account non stop. I asked someone I assumed is the manager "how am I being charged for the services I am not using?" the response was that "unfortunately you are suppose to be charged" when will this stop????
