Telkom ****ming people

Hi I took the LTE wireless deal for R249.00 of which I have never paid R249 in most cases it always double. On the 27th of July in Personally went to Telkom to ask for my statement they have it to me went to pep store and settled the amount due, then as usual statement is emailed telling me I owe R705. And my connection is cancelled. I don't know if I'm been ****med the thing is it been happening. I asked the consultant to make it the 5th of each month cuase I couldn't believe what Telkom does to people. My instalment is R249 but if the payment date pass you a charged with an extra R202.

So now I went to Telkom asked for statement went the same day and I paid for nothing because my connection is cancelled "AGAIN"
