Telkom ****ming me

December 2024, Nelspruit Ilanga Mall Telkom branch. I bought a Samsung S24 Ultra + galaxy watch 7 on contract for my wife. I was then informed that smar****ches were currently out of stock and I should come collect it January 10, 2025. When I went to collect I was told they don't have them. The manager told me that Kingsley(guy who did the contract), is nolonger working there. But then the manager promised me that I will get my watch the following week, he made arrangements with other branches. The following weekend when i followed up, manager is gone. New manager is telling me he does not know any arrangements and he will call me when they have the watch, no time frame given. Monthly installment was debited. I'm so disappointed with the service I have received after being their customer for more than 5 years. Is "Telkom" ****ming me.
