Telkom ****ming me

i had month to month Wi-Fi with Telkom, i didn't pay it and they switched it off fine, after a month Telkom or one of Telkom lawyers debited R1600 on my account i don't know is for what and now Telkom listed my name on ITC that i am owing R2000 i don't know is for what. firstly i didn't have any contract or anything that i sighed regards to the agreement i was told that its month to month. i feel like Telkom is robbing me in fact its a day light *******. i didn't use the wife in fact it was closed but they deducted R1600 now they want R2000 i cant.
