Telkom ****ming customers behind their backs
Telkom continues *****ing money from me and constantly disconnecting my internet, as they moved me to the highest business package without MY CONCENT.this has been going on for months and no one at Telkom can help, as they are a bunch of state bee incompetence useless things.i will cancel with Telkom immediately as there are other private service providers.

12 Mar 2024, 20:28Telkom keeps disappointing:after paying again for their stuff up, we still don't have internet...very bad service provider.pls stay away and remember there are plenty other service providers... Telkom is state owned, and that gives them the excuse to ripoff clients behind their backs and just don't care...why, because they get paid wheter they do their job or not.stay away from them.i suffer for the last couple of months since last year due to their incompetence and bad service ...I still do not have internet,but they force me to pay monthly...no shame
