TELKOM MIGRATION TO FIBRE

I have used Telkom for about 30 years as my PC internet provider (ADSL). 27 Aug 2019 I receive an important SMS that Telkom is discontinuing copper (in Aug) in my area, a consultant will contact me. 2 SEP 2019 I am contacted and told I need to migrate to fibre else service will be discontinued( sort of threat). I am explained the details of new package details of which I ask to be emailed to me. No problem. 3 Sep 2019 another consultant contacts me with same story. I again ask to be emailed details . No problem management will do so shortly. No email received to date. I SMS'd reply twice to original SMS received a week ago. Both acknowledged with SMS on different thread ???? Still nothing heard NOW THATS SERVICE I need to stay with Telkom to avoid changing email address/ tel no etc MOST DISAPPOINTING
