Telkom Migration from ADSl to LTE

I was migrated from ADSL that worked fine to a LTE that just gives hassles. I have contacted Telkom technical regarding the phone not receiving calls and the internet speed issues.If I call Technical they say its sales, sales says its migration. I have to hard reset then remove sim card ***. I have nothing but terrible service from Telkom.*** The supervisor told it will be 10 meg down i get 0.89 meg. I don't expect 10 but at least 5 meg. This is in breach of the migration verbal agreement as I explained that if they can not give me the same of services as ADSL I will rather move to fiber.
