Telkom migration from ADSL to Fibre VERY DIFFICULT

Telkom called me and told me that I could 'upgrade' from ADSL to Fibre and would save money. The Fibre installation by Vumatel was fast but getting Telkom to activate was near impossible. After 3 weeks and 8 long calls later they eventually activated the Fibre but then still wanted to charge me for the full month of fibre AND ADSL even though it was a migration. Had to make more calls to cancel ADSL and get accounts to credit the charge for Fibre that was not even connected.
