Telkom might as well be an SOE

I work in Kloof Mediclinic Hospital. Our landlines and adsl lines have been off since the 19th. We logged the fault. It has been a week now. I phone them 2-3 times a day to follow up. For the last 2 days I just keep getting the same message. The fault is with Dispatch. They are trying to find a technician that will take it. This is absolutely bonkers. We have patients. This is the medical industry. We need the lines up and running and for this to be delayed just because you do not have a special protocol for priority type lines is absolutely disgraceful.
