Telkom Mifi device ****

Hi all, please watch out for calls from Telkom agents offering any device to be delivered t o you. This is in fact a ****, despite Telkom's involvement and billing for the service. You will never get your device and Telkom will continue to bill you for a service that you have not activated. This is actually one of the clauses in the sign up contract.

Calling 10213 to follow up is a complete waste of time as I have waited a full day on hold and nobody picked up. When you select to make a purchase you wont be kept holding for more than 30 seconds. But unfortunately these agents cannot help you because "they have no access to your account", despite having access on sign up.

I have 2 cell phone contracts with them as well as my home internet and lan line.

Loyalty obviously means nothing to those who are willing to ***** from you.
