Telkom Middelburg lack of customer service

<p>My telkom line has been broken for a month now. Recived a message telling me my fault has been fixed but no one has come to fix it and its still broken. Was told a field tech would come on Tuesday 2 May but no one. I am sure I will still be charged fully for this month even tho i could not use anything. Really poor customer service</p>
