I went to above branch wanting to activate a donlge which I received with my wifi contract a while ago. I couldn't activate sooner coz it can only be done in store, in our town we do not have a Telkom office. The consultant told me they cannot activate it for me as it was given so long ago, I asked if there was an alternative which will allow me the same functionality, she told she does not know (did not take down her name) I asked her to ask someome, she did. There were other two ladies who couln't have been bothered to find out how to solve my problem they were sitting there looking at their PC's like you being in the store bothers them. Like I'm asking for charity and not paying for the services Telkom provides. She came back to me with the same answer, was getting agitated told her I'm not here to solve Telkoms problems but expect the opposite for my problem to be solved. She logged a call online which she promised they will be in contact with me in 15 min this was on Monday 16/11/2020 around 12:30. They didn't bother to take my number to follow up if I did receive the call and I did explain to them that I travelled far, activation can only be done in store. My exprience at Telkom Middelburg was aweful.
