Telkom messing with my mental health

I ended my contract February 2024 because I signed up for R260 per month but that was never a case every month for a year I payed over R369. I pleaded that contract Sho end it did they stopped sending me data but they demanded I pay them every month. Now my debt is over R4000 and threatening to take me to court. November 28 they debuted R1980 on my account without my consent. I’m someone who suffers from severe depression I can’t handle what Telkom is doing to me. Can someone Anybody please help me
