Telkom messing with my Credit score

In April 2018 Put in a request to move my line to a new premises. June 2018 Moved into the new premises and telkom never came. Called them again to arrange the move of the line. Telkom finally came, but told me there was no infrastructure available. Told them to cancel my account. 2 Years later a pull a credit report trying to buy a house and there is a outstanding telkom bill for something like R3500. I will not pay that, I am so frustrated with telkom.
