Telkom messing up royally again :(

Please be advised that I am starting to very annoyed now. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK despite leaving at least 10 messages via online messages, sms, whatsapp, going backwards via your facebook message page, the self service portal, etc. My line hasn't been working for the past month, then I get a message early this morning that everything has been resolved (again) which it has not. I go online via the self serve option AGAIN where I've already left several messages, and now it says that my account doesn't exist. (with at least R400+ credit on my account, mind you)! What is going on ????????
