telkom messing my up credit record intentionally

I would like to formally complain about telkom treatment and service. I have an active cellphone contract with telkom , my installment monthly is R 1,094.40. Telkom has decided not to deduct as agreed monthly however I took the responsibility to pay the install cash at pick n pay . My telkom account is about is uptodate but telkom has handed me on debt collecting agency and now I being abused by telkom and their debt collecting agency called Nudebt . I have been calling telkom for the past two months to asks them to resolve the error with their agency but till now nothing is happening. I called Nudebt at this numbers *** they said I have to speak to telkom I did called telkom and they keep on saying that my account is update from their side but still I keep on recieving harring messages from Nudebt agency messages like " FINAL NOTICE, JUDGEMTN DEFAULT IS LISTED AGAIN YOUR CREDIT RECORD"

Telkom and its debt agency are messing up my credit record for no reason . My account is up-to-date with telkom and I have never defaulted the account. I have my statement with me of telkom. I am frustrated because there is no one who can help me with this regards.
