telkom messing me around

<p>I went into the telkom store at bayside mall on saturday. They made changes to my account, after returning home and rebooting my router i no longer have internet connectivity.</p> <p>I called 10210 to be told that the store should have given me a new username? I returned to the store the next day to tell them that i was told they have to give me a new username. They told me i do not have to change my telkom username?</p> <p>Called 10210 again this morning and they now tell me that i have to be at home in front of my router before they can proceed to help me?</p> <p>WTH is this all about, i am so sick of Telkom and their nonsense!</p> <p>Any suggestions for other ISP's that are not completely useless?</p> <p> </p>
