Telkom messes up orders

I ordered a Samsung 51 2 sundays ago. After struggling to get the courier to send it to me which results in back and forth calls with emails as well, today I received just a Sim card . Like what am I supposed to do with a sim card and no phone!!!! And also u can't get in contact with them they hardly answer calls or the numbers only work for Telkom users. I bet it'll take 2 weeks to get the phone I just feel like canceling this contract Telkom is up to nonsense!!!
