Telkom messes up again

I have an lte router through Web Africa, and the sim card is with Telkom. I have now had no service for 24 hours straight and it is needed to do my job. This is just outright appalling that paying for fast lte Internet allots me nothing at the end of the month and start of the next when I need it the most.
