Telkom messes up again

My mum is a pensioner and our only means of communication is via the landline, some fool at Telkom decides to give her a data device with no telephone, for months now Telkom has failed to resolve, on top of which her Telkom bill has increased, despite numerous efforts to resolve non forthcoming, Telkom is this what you are doing to our elderly folk??????? ***
