Telkom Messed up my ITC Profile

Telkom Sandton messed up my ITC Profile, I went into the store to settle n cancel my contract as my device was ****** and the insurance has paid. Got there told them I close the account that I have with Telkom... And want to start a brand new contract, I asked them for a settlement they give full settlement according to them, later to find out that, on their settlement they didn't include the month of the incident... The following month I see my installment is now e doubled like how? I mean they were suppose to advise me on both options that is current settlement does not include that months installment 1...2 they went and upgraded a wrong SIM card... Now I'm getting calls that are not my calls... They never explained all of this to me... Now I'm getting SMS that Telkom is going to blacklist me for this mess bull****... Free advise guys don't do to Telkom Sandton their services is ****
