telkom messed up my contract

good morning telkom f***ckdup my account and now calling the call center they wana get stropy with me i want this sorted asap

on my *** number i get 80gig telkom swopped my account the other number on my contract gets the 80gig and i get the 8gig whoever messed up and switched even my e sim is not working i want it sorted now
