Telkom mess up

I ordered a red cellphone for my upgrade. Telkom delivered a black cellphone. When I called to find out why I was told I ordered a black one. I requested they come get their black cellphone and bring me a red one however I was told they only have black.

I am highly disappointed as I wait for them to correct their mistake. The lady I spoke to on the phone was rude and showed lack of good customer service.
