Your agents cut calls and advise that the network is down and do not offer call back because they don’t do call backs , team leaders do them

My contract with you guys ended , you sent me to a debt collector after you made an error . I paid through the debt collector and now you’re charging me again !!!

Why ?! Your agent then goes on to say it takes 7-10 days and it’s past that .

Xola or whatever his name is was rather dismissive and didn’t sound eager to help which seems to be a trend with all your agents!!!
