****** telkom *****/****mer sales agents

I am so disappointed at Telkom for hiring ****mers as call center agents, I saw an ad on fb for sim card data with 120gig for R249pm, I left my details and got contacted by an agent with a 087 number, I signed up with him and gave him my details and sent everything he requested on a WhatsApp number ***. He said that I needed to approve a debit order which I didn't at first coz I didn't have my app, but still the ****mer went ahead and approved it in his own ***** ways and said the sim card will be delivered in 5 working days. It's been more than 2 weeks and I haven't received my sim card .. I went to a Telkom and they confirmed that the sim card is active and they gonna be debiting from my account as soon as I get paid.. now when I Whatsapp the number the guy just grey ticks me even if he is online.. I am so disappointed in Telkom .. such a big company who can't vet their agents and let them **** people's hard earned money in the name of making sales and getting commission
