TELKOM MENLYN POOR SERVICE

As a Telkom customer now for many years, this is no becoming rather ridiculous. We renewed our contract with a #Samsung deal Telkom advertised. Samsung watch and Samsung ear pods to be delivered after confirmation from Samsung. Confirmation was received from Samsung, delivery needed to happen. This was all done and confirmed by the 11th November 24. WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR DELIVERY OF THE SAID ITEMS!!!!!!!

We went back to Telkom shop in Menlyn, where we did the renewal, and they put the Samsung representative on our situation and promised to sort it out.

We made contact with the samsung representative and he told us, as customers we need to call the Samsung appointed courier company and sort it out ourselves, after we explained to him that there is no answering of phone calls from SKYNET courier services.
