Telkom Menlyn poor Customer Service

<p>I took my contract phone sony z2 at Telkom mobile Menlyn at Pretoria for screen repair the screen was cracked i took it at the store on there July 2016.Because of it was out of warranty and guarantee I had to pay the screen they took the phone for quotation of the screen.The quotation for repair was too much i rejected the offer and payed access of R180.When i went to collect my phone the battery was swallon and I did not take my phone with any problem except the screen that was broken.This is the third month without my phone and I am Still paying for that phone.I went there couple of times come back without a phone ,I called sent email nothing they dont answer me.I am Very angry because I am now 3 months without a phone that I am still paying and is at Telkom mobile menlyn store.The treatment is very bad because they dont take me serious but they take my money.</p>
