Telkom Menlyn Mall can't put my ADSL line in "holding pool" for Transfer to Afrihost
I Want to move my ADSL line from Telkom to Afrihost. 30 May 2018 I went to Telkom in Menlyn shopping mall, just to hear x3 of their staff members do not know how to put my line in "the holding pool" so that I can move to afrihost. Lebogang did not even know how to use the new system properly. POOOOR
After 2 hours and still nobody had any clue on how to do this, I stormed out of the shop. If you phone 10210 and 10213 nobody knows how to do this. No setting on the online profile to do this....
Afrihost says Telkom needs to put it in a "holding pool" before I can move. Will someone at head office be able to do this, because no one at Menlyn shopping mall's Telkom knows how this works

This is a BIG problem because telkom canceled my ADSL line and now I must wait for 30 working days before the line will be released to Afrihost. For this 30 days I have NO internet
JUST RELEASE THE LINE this is all I am asking.
