Telkom Menlyn is pathetic

I've been trying to contact Telkom Menlyn since Monday. I called in the morning, in my lunch and after work (16:30) and there is no answer. I phoned Menlyn management to get someone to the shop to get assistance. They phoned me back and said the employees are to busy that is why they don't answer the phone. I went to the shop for assistance after 2 days of struggle. I arrived there and was the only person in the shop. When I asked for assistance regarding the beats earphones a guy just said that the earphones is over there. The lack of customer service is ridiculous and it is pathetic that no one answers thr phone.
