Telkom menlyn failed to apprehend my wallet *****

In March while getting serviced at Telkom Menlyn (one next to checkers), a fellow customer stoley wallet. I had to constantly nag telkom staff to go through their video footage as I was sure it was ******.though I lost money, the worst was losing all my cards and IDs. After a while Telkom came back to me and confirmed that it was indeed ******. But till today therw has been no assistance on how they can access the culprit as he was definitely their customer too. Am disappointed greatly as I would assume that they should have assisted in opening a theft case as it happened against their client, by their client in their premises
