Telkom Menlyn backoffice terrible

After struggling to get cell contract approved (Transunion used by Telkom is a joke when it comes to credit scores), and after being phoned to confirm I can fetch phone (after traveling few times to the store) the backoffice did not update system correctly and still inable to pickup after few days (so Telkom backoffice unavailable for anything for few days, what a joke).
