Telkom Menlyn, answering phones?
I have been on the phone for nearly 2 hours trying to phone the Menlyn Telkom branch. It either just keeps ringing or says they engaged. Do these people even know how to answer the phone and assist clients?! Absolutely useless! And this isn't the first time getting such shocking service or lack there of!
