Telkom ****med me

I am Telkom mobile customer for years but recently i experienced what left me perplexed. I signed contract with Telkom and the debit date is 25th of every month.R497.00 is the amount. On the previous month of September 2023 they never deducted as usual not knowing if it was because of the 25 was a holiday or what. But there was still enough money in my account, on the 13th of october they deducted R1, 204.05. On the 16 of October they sent me message thet my account is owing which is R1 204.05 they already deducted, now they want to decuct it again on the 25 of October. I went to the bank for stamen and it shows they had deducted account subscriptions and once off charges, i need your help to stop this Telkom ****
