My name is SD Komane, I app**** Telkom data March 2021 for two year contract of R199, for 40Gig data daily and 40gig data night, the billed me R199 for the first two months from there they started to bill me between R380 to R800, I decided to cancel my contract with them in October 2023 and I paid all the amount in advance for them to cancel, they block the number is no longer working which is fine with me because I terminate the contract that number was ***, but my surprisingly so end of November they send me invoice of about R84 .00 and I decided to pay it because I thought maybe was for the last charges, now again in December I just receive another invoice of R4.00 for the service that I am no longer using it, I like Hellopeter to intervene because it seems like they leave my account open so that it will carry on with some charges they know very well that at the end I will pay a lot of money for that, kindly assist, I feel like Telkom is a **** they **** people by steel from us little by little.
